2 cups chocolate chips, melted on high power for 1min, stir, let sit. If needed, another 30 sec.
Instructions
Base- Mix and pat into springform pan. Bake @ 350 for 10 min. Cool
Cream cheese mixture (on high power for 1min, stir, let sit. If needed, another 30 sec. stir, etc)
Combine (mixture will be quite thick)
Beat 3 egg whites until foamy. Add 1/4 cup plus 1/8 cup sugar and beat until glossy. Fold into cream cheese mixture. If not mixing, mix thoroughly.
Beat 500ml whipping cream and fold into other mixture.
Pour over crust, chill.
