     Barbecue Beans and Sausage - Crockpot

3 cups chicken broth
1/3 cup tomato paste
1/3 cup light brown sugar
3 Tbsp molasses
1 1/2 Tbsp honey
1 1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp barbecue seasoning blend
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1 pound navy beans, rinsed and picked over
2 whole cloves
1 small onion, halved
1 1/2 pounds chicken-apple sausage, halved lengthwise
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Whisk broth, 1 1/2 cups water, paste, sugar, molasses, honey, mustard, seasoning and garlic in crokpot; add beans; push one clove into each onion half.
Tuck onion and sausages into beans.
Cover crockpot and cook on high until beans are tender, about 6 hours.
Uncover crockpot, stir in vinegar and Worcestershire sauce and allow beans to sit about 15 minutes before serving.
