Prep-
Frying pan on burner (medium - do not add oil yet)
Filet chicken breasts to create 4 pieces
Place flour on paper plate, sprinkle with a little salt, pepper, garlic powder.
Cut lemon in half.
Dust chicken with flour.

Add oil to pan and let sit for 1 minute.
Fry chicken 5 min each side. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Remove from pan.

To pan add broth, garlic, squeeze both sides of lemon and butter. Wisk to get brown off bottom of pan, bring to simmer. Add excess flour a little at a time to thicken.
This takes about 8 minutes.

Pour sauce over chicken.

|
Serve with green vegie and rice. Broccoli is the yummiest.
