Ingredients
1 can juice packed pineapple chunks
1 cup fat -free vanilla yogurt
1 ripe mango peeled and chopped
1 ripe banana sliced.
Ice
 

Instructions
combine ingredients in a blender and while blender is running, drop ice in until mixture reaches four cups. pour into glasses and serve.
