     Pot Roast with Veggies

Ingredients
1 lb beef chuck roast (pot roast)
2 potatoes chopped
3 carrots chopped
Onion chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz)
1 box dry onion soup mix (1 1/2 oz)
 

Instructions
Line baking dish with foil and place roast in dish. Place veggies around roast.
In medium mixing bowl, combine soup, onion mix. Pour over roast and sprinkle with water. Cover with foil.
Bake at 300 for 4 hours.
