     Mississipi Mud Pie

Ingredients
1 quart coffee ice cream
1/3 cup butter
1 1/2 cups finely crushed chocolate wafers
1-1/2 cups fudge sauce,refrigerated
 

Instructions
Set the coffee ice cream out at room temperature 30 minutes before you are ready to start.
Set the skillet at low heat and melt the butter. Let the butter cool a minute,then pour into a medium bowl.Add the crushed wafers and mix well. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie plate. Fill the pie shell with coffee ice cream. Smooth the top of the ice cream evenly with a knife. Put the pie into the freezer until the ice cream is firm,about 20 minutes. top with fudge sauce and spread with a spatula.
Slice and serve.
