Set the skillet at low heat and melt the butter.
Let the butter cool a minute,then pour into a medium bowl.Add the crushed wafers and mix well.
Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie plate.
Fill the pie shell with coffee ice cream.
Smooth the top of the ice cream evenly with a knife.
Put the pie into the freezer until the ice cream is firm,about 20 minutes.
top with fudge sauce and spread with a spatula.
