boil eggs 10 minutes
cool, peel and halve
pop out yokes
make yolks with fork and mix above ingredients with yokes. place back in white halves and sprinkle with the paprika or parsley
TO MAKE HEALTHIER-
exchange mayo for light mayo or nonfat
use LESS salt
