     Corn Casserole

Ingredients
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
8 oz sour cream
1 (8/0z) size box Jiffy muffin mix
Chopped green pepper and grated cheese
 

Instructions
Melt Butter, beat eggs slightly.
Combne all ingredients except green pepper and cheese. Stir to mix
add green pepper and grated cheese. Pour into an 11x7 inch glass baking dish
Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour or until top is golden light brown
