1/2 cup pineapple, crushed

Instructions |
|
|
Cream flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, eggs cinnamon and vegetable oil.

Add carrots, pineapple and walnuts
|
|

Pour into a greased cake pan
|

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Bake 17 minutes for cupcakes.
