Heat the oil better in wok or cast-iron skillet. Add the scallions and garlic and stir-fry over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
Add the whole white mushrooms, and fry over high heat for 4-5, stirring and tossing with a large wide spatula or wooden spoon.
Stir in the breatd crumbs, parsley, lemon juice and seasoning. Stiry-fry for a few minutes, until the lemon juice has nearly evaporated, and then serve.
