     Italian Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb elbow macarone (cooked)
4 eggs
1 1/3 c milk
1 lb ground sausage
mozzarella cheese
pasta sauce (homemade or 1 large jar of your favorite)
salt and pepper
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. Cook pasta as directed. In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper. In a large casserole add pasta. Pour egg mixture over cooked pasta; cook 10 minutes. Layer sauce, browned sausage and cheese over pasta. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
