Ingredients

-	6 eggs
-	1 1/2c milk
-	1 c flour
-	3 Tbl sugar
-	1 tsp vanilla
-	1/2 ts salt
-	1/2 tsp cinnamon
-	1 stick butter
-	3-4 apples peeled and sliced


Instructions


Melt butter and soften apples; about 5 minutes. Pute in casserole dish. Sprinkle sugar over apples. In blender mix eggs, vanilla, salt, flour, sugar and cinnamon. Pour mixture over applies and butter. Sprinkle sugar over top. Cook 425 for 25 minutes.
