     French Toast

Ingredients
1 1/2 c brown sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
6 eggs
2 c milk
1 loaf Pepperidge Farm bread
 

Instructions
Melt butter, add sugar and cinnamon making a paste; spread over bottom of baking dish. Remove crust from bread, layer bread in baking dish (2 layers), filling in with smaller pieces as to fill any space. Beat eggs, milk and vanilla. Pour over bread; cover and refridgerate over night.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Drizzle maple syrup over toast and broil until brown. Let set 10-15 minutes before serving.
