Heat oven to 375 degrees. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Put in a baking dish. Bake 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine marmalade, honey, and soy sauce. Brush chicken with sauce and cook 10 minutes more. Brush again with pan drippings and cook until done.
