In a bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients. In another bowl, whiske the egg, applesauce & butter; stir into dry ingredients just until combined. Fold in the cranberries. Fill greased or paperlined muffin cup 2/3 full.
Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for 5 mins before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
In a small bowl, comine the confectioners sugar and milk until smooth.
Drizzle over cupcakes.
