     Mexican Cornbread

2 eggs - well beaten
1 c sour cream
2/3 c veg oil
1 1/2 c corn meal
3 or 4 chopped jalepeno
1 block sharp cheddar cheese - grated
chopped onion to taste
1/2 t salt
1 8 oz can cream style corn

Mix all ingredients in a bowl till well blended. Pour into hot iron skillet and bake in 400 degree oven until brown.
