     Cream Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients
1 stick butter
1 3 oz pkg cream cheese
1 c self rising flour
 

Instructions
Cream butter and cream cheese together. Add 1 cup flour with a fork. Mix well. May want to refrigerate for about 10 mins for easy handling.
Roll or pat out dough 1/2 inch thick and cut with small party cutter.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake in 400 degree oven for 8 to 10 mins or until lightly browned. Biscuits will not rise very much but are very light and delicious.
