     Easy Holiday Fudge

Ingredients
2 T butter
2/3 c evaporate milk
1 1/2 c sugar
1/4 t salt
2 c 4 oz miniature marshmallows
2 c 11 1/2 oz pkg toll house chocolate morsels
1/2 c chopped pecans or walnuts
1 t vanilla
 

Instructions
Combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar and salt in medium heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil over med heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 4 to 5 mins, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows, morsels, nuts and vanilla. Stir vigorously for 1 min or until marshmallows are melted. Pour into foil lined 8 inch square pan. Chill till firm. Cut into squares.
Butterscotch Fudge. substitute 2 c butterscotch morsels for chocolate morsels. Mint Fudge. substitute 1 1/2 c minth flavored chocolate morsels for chocolate morsels. Semi Sweet Fudge. substitute 1 1/2 c semi sweet morsels for chocolate morsels.
