Stand unopened box of spinich in a 4 cup glass bowl.
Microwave for 5 mins on high.
Squeeze remaining water out of spinach and discard liquid.
Set spinach aside.

In glass bowl measure and combine the cream and eggs and beat well.
Add onions, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Fold in cheese and spinach.

Pour mixture into pie crust.
Sprinkle with paprika for garnish
|

|
Bake at 70 percent or medium high in microwave for 10 to 12 minutes.
Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
