     Corn Pudding

Ingredients
2 c canned or frozen corn
3 T flour
3 eggs beaten
1 T sugar
1 t salt
1 t pepper
dash of ground allspice
2 T butter
2 c milk
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, combine corn and flour. Beat in eggs and seasonings.
In a saucepan, melt butter in milk over medium heat. Whisk hot milk into corn mixture. Pour mixture into a buttered 2 quart baking dish.
Place dish in a pan of hot water and bake for 50 mins to an hour until custard is set.
