Bake meatballs in covered dish until tender.

Sprinkle the salt in a large skillet; heat on high until salt begins to brown then add oil. Add meatballs and sear until brown.

Add butter; reduce heat to medium-high. Cook steaks for 1-2 minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce; cook for an additional minute.

|
Remove meatballs and keep warm. Add cream to the skillet; cook and stir until smooth. Serve over steaks.

Adds protean to bow-tie pasta or egg noodles. Toss in fresh chopped flat leaf parsley at end for garnish and freshness.
