     Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Servings   36 mini muffins
Ingredients
1 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup melted butter
 
Mini chocolate chips to taste
Instructions
Beat all ingredients together and stir in chocolate chips last. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 miniutes in mini muffin pan.
