Marinade- garlic, ginger, salt, dhana, jeeru, harder, oil, green marcha paste

coconut milk 1.5 cans

1 tomato blended

1 chopped onion

1 tbsp chana flour with water in paste

Instructions |

Marinate chicken, bake at 400C for 30 mins, turning half way
broil each side 2-3 mins
|

Heat oil, saute onions, add tomato. Add salt, harder, garlic, ginger, green marcha paste, coconut, lemon juice, let cook slowly. Will thicken. Add baked chicken pieces. Let cook on low heat to absorb flavour.

Add chopped coriander
