     Butter Cookie

Ingredients
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp baking power
2 tsp orange juice
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
ICING
 
3 cups confectioners sugar
1/3 cups butter
1/2 tsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Mix all ingredients with electric mixer until fluffy; Gradually stir in flour until well mixed; chill in fridge 2 to 3 hours until firm.
Preheat oven to 400
roll out dough on a floured board; cut with your cutties; bake 6-10 minutes
