Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Prepare pie crust- mix together in bowl until a ball forms, then roll out and place in pie plate.
Sprinkle bacon, cheese, onion and any additional fillings into pie shell.
Beat eggs, cream and seasonings in bowl.
Pour into pie crust. Bake @ 425 degrees X 15".
Reduce heat to 325 degrees, and bake 20" or until knife comes out clean. Cool slightly
before serving.
If crust browns too quickly, cover edges only
with tin foil and return to oven to finish
baking pie.
