2 tablespoons patis

3 tablespoons oil

Instructions |

|
Fry potatoes and carrots in oil. Set aside.

Saute garlic in oil. Add chickens until slightly
brown.

Pour tomato sauce and chicken stock. Simmer until
chicken is cooked.

Add potatoes, bell pepper, and green peas. Simmer
for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
