     Fish Seasoning

Ingredients
Mint Basil Oregano Amounts depend on how much fish
1 whole head of garlic
Salt & pepper
Greek seasoning
Juice of 1 lemon
1 c. V. Olive oil
 
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a Blender or Food Processor Slowly pour 1 c. Good olive oil into the mixture.
Pour mixture over fish & let marinate. 1 hr or so..... Grill or bake fish.
