Bring sugar, water, and cornstarch to boil over medium heat. Cook stirring constantly for one minute. Stir in strawberry gelatin until dissolved and remove from heat
Chill for 2 hours
Arrange strawberry's in pastry shell and pour gelatin mixture over.
cover and chill for 2-4 hours
