     Suwa (Dill) Chicken Kebab Rice

Ingredients
1-2 ib boneless chicken defrosted, marinate with salt, garlic, ginger
2 finely chopped onion or fried onions
garlic ginger
salt
green chilly paste or red chilly powder
tomato paste
2-3 tomatoes
fresh or dried dill
finely chopped potatoes
 
1 bag frozen peas
kesar

Instructions
Make kebabs (seekh kebab shape) - bake 375 for 35-40 mins, turning half way. Broil 2 mins per side
Heat onions, add salt, garlic, ginger, fresh tomatoes, tomato paste, green chillies, fresh or dried dill, let - becomes a thick sauce Once kebabs baked add them to the sauce and simmer on low until flavour absorbed
Boil double water for rice with salt, kesar. Add rice, frozen peas, finely dinions and finely diced potatoes. Let boil for 2-3 mins, then cover on cook on low for 30 mins.
Serve with the tomato gravy
