Ingredients
6 hard-boiled eggs
3 tablespoons mayonaise
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
 

Instructions
peel eggs. cut lenthwise in half. slip out yolks and mash with fork
Stir mayonaise, mustard, salt and pepper into yolks. Fill whites with eggyolk mixture, heaping it lightly. Cover and refrigerate.
