1 can of Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano, undrained
1 cup of water
1 small green bell pepper (1/2 cup cut-up)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Break Blocks of Noodles in half (reserve on packet of seasoning and discard the other). In 10inch skillet, cook beef and pepperoni over medium heat until beef is brown; drain.
Stir in Tomatoes, water and reserved seasoning packet in to beef mixture. Heat to boiling. Stir in noddles and bell pepper. Cook 3 to 5 mins. stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
Sprinkle cheese on noodle mixture in ring around edge of skillet. cover and let stand about 4 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Suggestions
Serve with a side salad.
