     Chocolate Eclair Torte

Ingredients
Crust-
1/2 cup butter
1 cup water
1 cup flour
4 eggs
Filling-
1 tsp vanilla
2 small packages instant French vanilla pudding
 
1 1/2 cups milk
8 oz container of Cool Whip
Topping-
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
2 oz unsweetened chocolate (bar)
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons milk

Instructions
Crust- Bring butter and water to a boil, add flour mixture all at once. Stir vigorously until it no longer sticks to the pan. Remove from stove- cool 5 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, beat until smooth after each. Form a large circle on a greased pizza pan or cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Filling- Beat pudding and milk with mixer until thick. Add Cool Whip and vanilla. Spread over the cool crust.
Topping-
Melt chocolate, butter and milk over low heat. Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Beat by hand until smooth (fast) keep over heat while mixing. Quickly drizzle over pudding. Refrigerate.
