In saucepan mix gelatine and sugar. Blend in one cup of water. Let stand one minute. Stir over low heat until gelatine completely dissolves.Stir in remaining water and other ingredients.
Pour into 9 inch pan and freeze until firm (~ 5 hours)
In food processor, in 2 batches, process until smooth. Freeze in pan ~ 2 hours.
Scoop into glasses. Keep frozen until serving.
