     Pistachio Pudding Cake

Ingredients
1 pkg 2 layer size yellow cake mix
1 pkg 4 oz Jello Pistachio flavor instant pie & pudding filling
4 eggs
1 1/4 c water
1/4 c oil
1/2 t almond extract
7 drops green food color, optional
2 T powdered sugar
 
1/2 c brown sugar
2 t cinnamon
1/2 c chopped nuts

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Place all ingredients except powdered sugar in large bowl and mix with electric mixer on low speed 1 minute. Beat on medium speed 4 minutes. Mix together brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts and set aside.
Pour half the batter into a greased and floured tube pan, sprinkle nut mixture and cover with the remaining batter. Bake 50 -55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the middle comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack for 15 minutes, remove from pan, cool completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving.
