One package of skinless boneless thighs or breast works nicely as an appetizer/size dish for a small group of people.

I marinated sliced chicken breast in a few tablespoons of yogurt and chopped fresh herbs. (Any kind! I used mint and parsley, as they were to hand.)

|
I also added a few chopped cloves of garlic and some grated lemon zest. Marinate for a few hours- the yogurt will ensure that the chicken is very tender!

|
Then grill. Or bake (on skewers) in the oven.
