     Egg and sausage Casserole

Ingredients
12 beaten eggs
4 cups milk
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. dry mustard
4 bread slices, crumbled
1 lb. sausage, sauteed and drained
2 cups sharp cheese, grated
 

Instructions
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, then sprinkle the cup of cheese over top and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
Serve immediately.
Makes 6-8 generous servings.
