2-14.75 oz jars of Artichokes (marinated), drained
2 T White Wine
1 tsp ground Pepper
4 T Bread Crumbs, unseasoned
1 T Olive Oil
Instructions
Mix first 4 ingredients. Use food processor to chop artichokes. Add
wine and pepper. Add to cheese mixture and combine. Spoon into
9x9 baking dish. Mix bread crumbs with olive oil and sprinkle over
artichoke dip. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, or until
browned on top.
