1 pkg yeast
1/4 c warm water
1 c cottage cheese
2 T sugar
1 T dried minced onion
2 t dill seed
2 t dill weed
1 T butter
2 1/4 c flour
1/4 t baking soda
1 t salt
1 large egg

Soften yeast in warm water. Heat cottage cheese till just warm. Mix with everything except the flour. Add flour to make soft dough. Beat well, cover, let rise till double. Beat down.
Place in a greased 1 1/2 qt casserole, let rise 40 minutes. Bake at 350 for about 40-50 minutes.
