     Egg Bake - Christmas Morning

Ingredients
11 Eggs
1 cup Milk
1 cup Half-and-Half
12 slices 1 inch cut into cubes French Bread
1 lb Black Forest Ham, cubed
2 cups shredded Cheddar/Jack Cheese
2 cups O'Brien Hashbrowns
1 cup baby Spinach, torn
1-1/2 cups Onions, chopped
 
1 tsp ground Mustard
Salt and Pepper

Instructions
Spray 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray. Slice and cube french bread and place in baking dish. Saute onions and ham until onions are soft. Place over cubed bread. Add torn spinach and cheese.
Saute hashbrowns until toasted, place over cheese. Mix eggs, milk and half-and-half, add mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over 9x13 pan contents. Refrigerate overnite.
Bake in 365 degree oven, covered, for 1 hour. After 50 minutes, uncover for remaining 10 minutes.
