     Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
8 slices of bread
2 Tbsp flour
4 Tbsp Chopped onion
1 lb. sausage, browned
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
8 eggs
3 cups milk
1 Tbsp garlic salt
2 Tbsp prepared mustard
 

Instructions
The night before, butter a 9 x 13 pan. Cut crust off bread and lay in bottom of dish.
Over top of bread layer flour, onion, sausage, and cheese.
In separate dish combine and beat eggs, milk garlic salt, and mustard. Pour over other ingredients in pan and let set in refrigerator over night.
The next morning bake for 1 hour at 325 to 350. While baking, keep foil on for 1/2 hour and off for 1/2 hour.
Serving Suggestions
Diced ham may be substitued for sausage.
