2 large ripe papayas

juice of 1 fresh lime

2 pieces preserved stem ginger, finely sliced

Instructions |
|
|
Cut the papayas in half lengthways. Scoop out the
seeds, using a teaspoon. With a sharp knife, cut
the flesh into neat, thin slices.

Arrange the papaya slices on a platter. Squeeze the
lime juice over the papaya and sprinkle with the
sliced stem ginger. Serve immediately.
