     Easter Ham and Kielbasa

Category   Breakfast - Brunch
Sub Category   None
Preptime   15 min

Ingredients
Smoked Ham - preferred with bone in
Polish Kryana, also Kielbasa
Dark Brown Sugar (2 cups)
Orange juice (approx 3/4 cup)
cinnemon (about 1 teaspoon
Cloves (whole and about 1/2 teaspoon ground)
Can sliced Pineapple

Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees Make basting sauce of dark brown sugar, orange juice, cinnemon and ground cloves. Heat over low heat to just slow boil. Add orange juice as needed so the basting sauce is about as thick as maple syrup or warm honey.
Place kryana (kielbasa) links in baking pan and brush basting sauce over top. Bake for about 1 hour, basting lightly every 20 minutes. Meanwhile, score top of ham and place while cloves every few inches apart.
When kielbasa is finished, please ham in oven for 20 min so it begins to warm. Baste top and all exposed sides of ham with sauce. Cook for 1 hour more basting every 20 minutes. Before the last 20 minutes of baking, place pineapple slices on top and baste for final time.
Cool kielbasa and ham before covering and refirgerate unless they are being eaten same day. Serve cool and keep refrigerated when not being served.
