     Brown Velvet Vigor Shake

2 c water
8 pitted prunes
2-3 frozen bananas
1/4 c oatmeal flakes
1 TBL honey
pinch of salt

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and thick, 60-90 seconds. Expect tiney bits of prunes and oat flakes in the finished shake.
Pour into glasses. This is a potent blend, so sip it slowly. Chew each sip, mixing with your saliva so that it digests with ease.
