1 loaf of Bread (Rosemary Olive Oil Bread works well)
1/2 lb Bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups Veggies (ANY! Tom, Spinach, Onion, Broccoli, etc)
2 cups Mozzarella/Jack
1 cup Milk
1 cup Half-and-Half
1 dozen Eggs
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Grease 9x13 glass baking dish. Blend milk, half-and-half, salt and
pepper. Cube bread, place in baking dish, place veggies over
bread. Add bacon, then pour egg mixture evenly over bread. Top
with cheese
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake in 350 degree oven fro 55 to 60 minutes. Cover if top is
getting too dark.
