Spoon about 1/3 c mixture in each tortilla, moisten edge with water and fold over to seal. Place on two baking sheets. Bake 5 minutes. Cut in wedges.
I think I would try to cook these in a skillet on top of the stove to get them brown and crispy, maybe add some avacado. I will make note later when we try these.
