     Cheesy Chicken Quesadillas

Ingredients
1 lb bnls sknls chicken breast
1 can Campbell Southwest Style Pepper Jack Soup
1/4 c water
8 flour tortillas
Pace Chunky Salsa
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425. Cook chicken in nonstick skillet until done. Add soup and water, heat through.
Spoon about 1/3 c mixture in each tortilla, moisten edge with water and fold over to seal. Place on two baking sheets. Bake 5 minutes. Cut in wedges. I think I would try to cook these in a skillet on top of the stove to get them brown and crispy, maybe add some avacado. I will make note later when we try these.
