Mix together first 4 ingredients and set aside.
Microwave chocolate chips and marg then cool.
Cream Marg and Brown Sugar then add Eggs, Vanilla and Chocolate Chips.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes
Cookies done when tops crinkle
