     Chocolate Ganache Glaze for S'mores Cupcakes

Ingredients
6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1 Tbs. light corn syrup
Marshmallow Fluff
 
Instructions
Bring cream and corn syrup to a simmer. Pour over chocolate in a bowl.
Let stand until chocolate begins to melt.
Stir chocolate and cream until totally combined and smooth and glossy.
Put on S'mores cupcakes then top with Marshmallow Fluff.
