1 bottle or can of regular Guinness Stout or chocolate stout
1 stick of unsalted butter, room temperature
1 1/2 cups sugar
Pinch of salt
3 eggs
1 Tbs. vanilla extract
3/4 cup cocoa
2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. caking soda
3/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream together butter, sugar, and salt. Add eggs and
vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, sift cocoa,
flour, and baking soda. Alternate into egg/butter
mixture, flour mix, and sour cream.
Add Guinnesss.
Bake until done. Check done-ness with toothpick.
