Preheat oven to 325 and spray to 8x4x2 loaf pans with nonstick spray. Cream butter and cream cheese together until well blended. Gradually add sugar, continue beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
Stir in mashed bananas and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder and baking soda, stirring just until moistened. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Pour half the batter into the prepared pans. Sprinkle with half the nut mixture, and repeat layers.
Bake for 45 minutes. Tent loosley with foil and bake for another 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
