 1 pork tenderloin or 4-6 bone-in porkchops

 5 T brown sugar
-
 5 T low sodium soy sauce
-
 2 t garlic powder
-
 1 T dijon
 
Instructions
Double or triple marinade depending on amount of pork you want to cook. Marinate meat all day or overnight in refrigerator. Cover dish, leave in marinade and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until desired doneness.
